Customer Support Engineer
Thomas has been involved in IT Support since finishing his Apprenticeship as IT Technician in 2006 and his qualifications include Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Building Cisco Scalable Internetworks (BSCI) and MCP (Managing and maintaining a Windows Server 2003 Environment) (70-290).
Tom’s prime responsibility is to provide an essential first point of contact for Post-sales support, as well as 1st, 2nd and 3rd Line Technical support to customers throughout the UK. This includes monitoring, maintaining, repairing and upgrading FDN networks.
