Chairman
Jim Dale has been involved in the telecommunications industry for over 13 years working for The Carphone Warehouse, the largest independent retailer of mobile phones in Europe. Jim was on the Board of Carphone Warehouse from March 2001 until June 2007. Jim is currently Chairman for CPW Insurance Limited, an Isle of Man based reinsurance company which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Best Buy Europe Distributions Limited, a joint venture vehicle 50% owned by The Carphone Warehouse Group Plc and 50% owned by Best Buy Inc.
Jim has been an investor in Freedom Digital Networks since February 2008 and was appointed to the Board as Chairman in September 2009.
