August 2007, Fdn installs full PLC network to deliver broadband connectivity to student rooms throughout two Liberty Living student flats, with an integrated broadband monitoring system for managing bandwidth effectively across the sites.

Based in the Business District of Manchester, the two apartment buildings - part of Liberty Living's 9,800 beds across 13 cities in the UK - sit adjacent to each other and accommodate 99 students between them.

After overcoming major 'noise' issues within the site, Fdn's network has provided an effective service without the requirement of any wiring or expensive cosmetic work to the buildings.
