June 2007, Fdn secure the installation for multiple Student Accommodation sites in Newcastle and Manchester.

The installation, scheduled for August, will see a number of Halls of Residence equipped with a full PLC (Powerline Communications) solution which will enable the delivery of Triple Play services to students (Broadband - Telephone - Television). The system comes with its own secure payment mechanism which allows the students to sign up on site to what they want, when they want.

The system also has the ability to add access control solutions at a later date to improve security without significant extra cost of downtime.
