April 2007, Fdn installs its technology in a block of residence in Cambridge to improve student services.

The technology has delivered full Powerline (PLC) and Wi-Fi capabilities within the building, enabling Triple Play services (Broadband - Telephone - Television) for students within the Halls of Residence, as and when required.

The technology comes with its own secure payment system, enabling the students to sign up onsite to what they want, when they want.

The full installation took only eight days without any disruption and holds the ability to add access control solutions at a later date for improving security, without significant extra cost of downtime.
